Even though I didn't know her well, she had a place in my heart, she was the spokeswoman of survival, literally. She was through the fight of her life, and she kept going. No, she refused to die like the rest of her sisters, she was going to survive. And after all that time of people saying, "Oh, that frail old woman will never survive cancer", she proved them wrong. But then, everything slipped out, and she's gone.
She left behind a legacy, existing in me, my 2nd cousin, my cousin, and my brother. That strong, Hungarian will that taught me to never give up.
I love you Aunt Kitty, and I always will
Love, Alice
